You are in the analysis-script folder. Package-wide rules and the
verification step are in ../AGENTS.md; read it first.

Essentials: one script per folder; paths from
`Path(__file__).resolve().parents[2]`; read `../data/`, write only to your own
`output/`; register every script in `manifest.py`; verify with
`python run_all.py --check` (it detects overwritten outputs via
`shipped_outputs.sha256`; never edit that file). Column meanings are in
`../data/codebook.csv`.
